Salvador Fernandez

Salvador is a Science Officer at VLIZ with a Master in Marine Biodiversity and Conservation at the University of Ghent. Salvador is expert in the maritime boundaries of Marine Regions and marine environmental layers of Bio-Oracle through the LifeWatch project. He’s involved in EMODnet Biology/EurOBIS product development. Salvador has experience in the use of Geographic Information Systems (GIS), research software development in R and database management/data analysis with SQL.
