Frederic Leclercq

Frederic Leclercq is project manager and the team lead for the "GeoTwins and Biodiversity"-team at VLIZ (IT). He has over 25 years of experience with computer engineering and is the technical representative for VLIZ in the Open Geospatial Consortium. He participates in several projects for the European Commission amongst EMODnet and EDITO-Infra as project manager/team lead. He has a particular interest in geospatial data and machine learning
