Sufficient and quality data & its management are crucial both for scientific and management purposes. Advances in remote sensing, satellite imagery and other related areas provide very valuable tools both for scientists and decision makers, therefore this hackaton is a good opportunity to meet and discuss with experts.

I am a fisheries engineer and I am working for the Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry of Turkey, in the Central Fisheries Research Institute.

I am working on an EU Project about Marine Stock Assessment in the Mediterranean basin and I need a program for the analyse and assessment our data.
